This website is operated by Aarambh Udan Child Care Foundation (trading as SpectrumSprouts), a Section 8 non-profit company (CIN: U88900UP2026NPL244426) registered under the Companies Act, 2013, India.
2. Our Services
SpectrumSprouts provides child therapy and developmental support services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration therapy, special education, and oral placement therapy at our centre in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Specific therapeutic services are subject to separate service agreements between the Foundation and families.

4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointment bookings made through our website or contact form are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary due to therapist availability or centre operations.
Patients/families are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority.
Therapy fees, session structures, and cancellation policies will be communicated directly to families during the intake process.
5. Donations
Donations made through our website are voluntary contributions to Aarambh Udan Child Care Foundation to support our child development programmes.
- All donations are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay or similar)
- We will issue a receipt for every donation received
- Donations are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors — contact us within 7 days at info@spectrumsprouts.com
- Tax exemption under Section 80G is subject to the Foundation obtaining the relevant certification; we will communicate this when applicable
- We are not liable for any bank charges incurred by donors during the payment process
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, blog posts, therapy guides, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Aarambh Udan Child Care Foundation (SpectrumSprouts) unless otherwise stated.
You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission.
